I am not going to spend a lot of time writting a FAQ But if you guys all want to post questions about the shard that you think should be in a faq then you can post them here in this tread and i will add them to the list below:

Where can I buy a Guild stone?
Guild stone deeds are no longer purchased. To buy a guild open your paperdoll and use the 'guild' menu.

Where can I buy the spell books for the new spells?
Scribes at the libararys in all towns sell the new spell books.

Where can I buy rune books?
Scribes also sell rune books.

Is there a place a player can set up a vendor?
Yes, Ask Sirenix or Any other staff member to take you to Haven and set up your vendor at the Haven Plaza.

I was expecting the shard to have ??? when will it be added?
I try to do the best I can. I try to keep up with my shard goals for each month. If it's not a main goal it may take some time to get to your request, but you are welcome to post any suggestion in the suggestions and bug report forum. (keep in mind i don't go to these forums every day it may take a few days for me to reply)  

I got a power scroll of ??? 110 skill but it will not let me use it, what should I do?
Powerscrolls are something that I have not had a chance to fix. If you receive a scroll before I am able to fix them contact me and I will do the fix for you as soon as I am able. Powerscrolls are converted as follows:
105 is 185
110 is 190
115 is 195
120 is 200
