Our staff members are all to be treated equally. Each staff member each has certain tasks he or she preforms which will varry from time to time. But the basic tasks and titles of the staff members is as follows:

Counselour: Wears a green robe
These dedicated folks are the people greeters of our world. They are the players guide and help them to soak up a vast amount of knowlage (if they wish it) about our world, and provide guided tours of points of intest and towns. While this might no seem like an important task it is the SOLE most important task. With out a proper guide in life we can all become lost, and after all first impressions are everything.

Elder Counselour: Wears a dark green robe
Highly expirenced counselours who help out with other shard functions and answer pages of players who are in need.

Mystic Designer: Wears a blue robe
When a town is built it is often void and vacant of color and life. Mystic Designers are the people who go in and ignite the spark of life at all new areas that are created.

Mystic Builder: Wears a dark blue robe
Builders of castles, towns, and dungeons, with the enchanted tools of the trade these folks are the architects of our world.

Seer: Wears a red robe
Planer of compititions and sporting events seers, these creative folks keep everyone entertained.

Sage: Wears a dark red robe
Wise beyond their years, Sages know of many legends and tales adventurers might some day deside to undertake.

Elder Sage: Wears a black robe
Helps with many of the shard functions and helps with much of the shard fiction any various other tasks.

Watcher: Wears a white robe
Care takers of the shard of the Avatar's Kingdom, they help out when the shard is away from home.

the Creator: Wears a white robe
The creator is Sirenix. Founder and keeper of the shard of the Avatar, Sirenix uses all his powers to change the world.
