 We congradulate Brett of Umbra on his election into the High Council. May his wisdom improve the quality of life for all in the land.

  I must admit, without his extra funding, the Yew prison wouldn't have been able to contain Spawn long enough for a trial. It is good to see the addation of Damen's mental ward as well, however I still question the Councilmans motives.
