{This is an Out of Character message explaining the war rules for events and battles between the Peacekeepers, Militia of Sosaria, and the Shadow of Death guilds.}

Guild War Rules

No Killing on Sight (KOS)
When you see an enemy in an opposing guild you should start a Roleplay (RP) conversation with that person before attacking. If you try to get their attention and they do NOT reply you should act as if they are not there, and go about your buisness. If they DO reply you should roleplay as normal. If a peaceful result of the conflict can not be reached then the partys may then battle. For example:
(good guy jake: ) "Hey isn't that Drack from the Seekers of Death Guild? Isn't he wanted by the High Council for crimimal acts?"
(good guy Timmy: ) "Jake I belive your right. STOP! Drack! You are wanted by the high council for crimimal acts! surrender now and you will receive a fair trial."
(bad guy Drack: ) "You foolish mortals. Do you not know who you are dealing with? Leave now and i'll spare your worthless lives..."
(Jake) "Get him before he gets away!!" (combat begins)

No res Killing or Looting
When a player dies, he should keep his Death robe ON. after you retrive your items, from your body place your death robe back on as quickly as possible, and leave the area to your home base, or the neutral area if your home base was attacked. You are to be considered dead by both your allys and your attacker while wearing the death robe. You are to stay away from the combat area for 30 min. and keep your death robe during the entire 30 min time period. Being in a neutral area like Britain, or any dungeon is helpful to avoid confusion as to who is dead and who is alive. NO one is to loot ANY items from any players corpse that is not their own. This is to avoid any unwanted anger, or emotions on an other wise fun expirence.

No Out of Character Trash Talking
This means no one is to verbably assalt one another at any time. If there has been reports of trash talking or cursing (against shard rules as well) of any kind The Staff members of the shard are likely to get involved and enforce strict penalties.

No Magic, Runic, or Artifact Items For Battle Events
It has been decided that players should not use any magic item during combat situations where two guilds battle each other. No Runic, Magic, or Artifact Items should be used. This is to make combat as fair as possible for the players, and reduce the temptation to want to loot one another. Not all players can spend the time it takes to get artifacts from doom or other places and many artifacts are simply too unbalancing to use. No ML craftable artifacts should be used. Only Standard grandmaster items should be equipt in the combat secenerios.

No Pets or Summons(Still in debate)
Players in combat situations should not use any summoned, hired npcs or tamed pets to attack another player. This creates another unballanced situation that does more harm then good for the over all goal of guild wars.

I Agree...However these rules are pretty booring...About pets and summons..if we can use only crafted stuff..so summoning and pets i think should be allowed but not all...there is a list of what summons and pets should be allowed:
-all summons from spellbooks
-Desert Ostard
-Forest Ostard
-Frenzied Ostard
-Fire Beetle
-Giant Beetle
-Horse
-Llama
-Ridgeback/Savage Ridgeback
-Swamp Dragon
-War Horse
-Fire Steed
-Nightmare
-Unicorn
-Ki-Rin
-Silver Steed??? I dont know how the hell they are strong..Sirenix is going to add them soon then we will see..
Also i think it cant be allowed then, example some pets Requires 2 Control Slots that means person can have 2 Nightmares and on one he is riding the second is fallowing him..i think this must not be allowed, player could have only one live mount and summon summons if he needs but not have another the same or other tamed pet.I think all i mentioned what i wanted to say.What you think?

Hmm yea some pets and summons should be allowed, however we could also have it so that the guilds decide about these themself before going into war with each other. Some pets would be too strong so there has to be some restriction, anyway when Sirenix gets back this will be more discussed.
